These Terms & Conditions govern the use of travel services provided by Fare Saviour. By requesting, confirming or purchasing any travel service through Fare Saviour, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, transportation provider, tour operator, payment provider or other travel supplier involved in the booking.
Fare Saviour acts as a travel service provider and intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators and other travel-related service providers.
Travel services are ultimately provided by the respective third-party suppliers and may be subject to their own terms, conditions, policies and restrictions.
Fare Saviour assists customers with travel arrangements, reservations, amendments, cancellations and other travel-related services but does not control the operation or performance of independent third-party suppliers.
All quotations are subject to availability and may change until the booking has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been received and the relevant ticket, voucher or confirmation has been issued.
Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, supplier charges and other travel costs may change without prior notice.
A quotation does not guarantee availability or price unless specifically confirmed by Fare Saviour.
Any applicable taxes, supplier fees, convenience charges, payment processing charges or Fare Saviour service/processing fees may be communicated to the customer as applicable to the transaction.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirmation, including:
Traveller names and spelling
Travel dates
Flight sectors and timings
Hotel dates and room requirements
Passport and identification details
Contact information
Any other information relevant to the booking
Traveller names should correspond with the passport or other identification document required for travel.
Once a booking has been confirmed or ticketed, changes may be restricted or may result in additional charges.
Customers should review tickets, itineraries, hotel vouchers and other confirmations promptly after receiving them and inform Fare Saviour as soon as possible if any discrepancy is identified.
Payment may be required before Fare Saviour confirms or issues certain travel services.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, banks and financial institutions.
Fare Saviour does not require customers to provide complete credit or debit card details directly through our website enquiry forms. Where a secure payment gateway or payment link is provided, customers should enter their payment information directly on the secure payment page provided for the transaction.
Payment information submitted through a third-party payment gateway is handled in accordance with the security and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.
A payment being successfully processed does not necessarily constitute final confirmation of a travel service until Fare Saviour or the relevant supplier issues the applicable ticket, voucher or booking confirmation.
Where a transaction cannot be confirmed after payment, Fare Saviour will assist with an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement, subject to applicable supplier and payment-provider conditions.
Fare Saviour may request reasonable verification or additional information where necessary to prevent suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions or misuse of payment instruments.
Fare Saviour reserves the right to decline, cancel or hold a transaction where there are reasonable concerns regarding payment authenticity, security or authorisation.
Customers must only use payment methods that they are legally authorised to use.
Airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators and other travel suppliers are independent service providers.
Their services may be governed by separate terms and conditions relating to matters including:
Cancellation and amendment
Refundability
Baggage
Check-in
Seat allocation
Meals
Hotel check-in and check-out
No-show conditions
Transportation
Schedule changes
Service availability
Customers are responsible for complying with the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.
Fare Saviour will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with suppliers where required but cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a particular request, amendment, refund or exception.
Requests for amendments or cancellations are subject to the applicable rules of the airline, hotel, transportation provider or other travel supplier.
Supplier cancellation, amendment, no-show or other charges may apply.
Fare Saviour may also charge applicable service or processing fees where communicated to the customer.
Certain bookings may be non-refundable, non-changeable or subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
Customers should contact Fare Saviour as soon as possible when a change or cancellation is required.
Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the terms and conditions of the applicable travel supplier and the fare, rate or service purchased.
Where a booking is eligible for a refund, Fare Saviour will initiate or process the refund after receiving the necessary confirmation and, where applicable, the corresponding refund from the relevant airline, hotel or other supplier.
Applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, Fare Saviour service/processing fees and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier, payment method, banking system and card issuer.
Where possible, refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Additional conditions regarding cancellations and refunds are provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and conditions imposed by the applicable airline.
Customers are responsible for checking flight schedules, terminal information, baggage allowances, check-in requirements and other airline requirements before travel.
Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routes, terminals or other operational details.
Fare Saviour will provide reasonable assistance when informed of such changes but cannot control decisions made by airlines.
Customers should arrive at the airport within the check-in time recommended or required by the applicable airline.
Hotel reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable property or accommodation provider.
Hotel classification, facilities, room types, check-in/check-out times, meal plans and other services are determined by the hotel or supplier.
Special requests including early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, specific bedding, room location or other preferences are subject to availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.
The customer may be required to provide identification, a credit card or security deposit directly to the hotel at check-in.
Car rentals, chauffeur services, transfers, sightseeing, tours and other ground services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their applicable terms and conditions.

Customers should allow sufficient travel time, particularly when connecting to flights, trains or other time-sensitive services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documentation required for their journey, including valid passports, visas, transit visas, permits, health documentation and any other entry or exit requirements.
Passport validity, visa, immigration, transit and health requirements vary depending on nationality, destination, transit point and individual circumstances.
Customers should verify applicable requirements with the relevant government authorities, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities or other official sources before travel.
Where Fare Saviour provides general information or assistance regarding such requirements, it is provided for guidance and convenience and does not constitute a guarantee that a visa, entry permission or other travel authorisation will be granted.
Fare Saviour is not responsible for a traveller being refused boarding, entry, transit or travel because of insufficient, incorrect or invalid documentation.
Customers and travellers are responsible for:
Providing complete and accurate information
Reviewing booking details before confirmation
Checking tickets, vouchers and itineraries after issuance
Maintaining valid travel documentation
Meeting applicable check-in and boarding requirements
Complying with airline, hotel and supplier rules
Advising Fare Saviour of relevant special requirements

Customers should provide Fare Saviour with accurate contact information so that important travel-related communications can be delivered where possible.
Airlines and other travel suppliers may cancel, delay, reschedule or modify services due to operational, weather, regulatory, security or other circumstances.
Fare Saviour will make reasonable efforts to assist affected customers but does not control supplier operations.
Any refund, rebooking, credit or alternative arrangement will be subject to the applicable supplier's rules and the circumstances of the disruption.
Fare Saviour shall not be responsible for failure, delay or disruption caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, war, civil unrest, government actions, epidemics or pandemics, border closures, transportation disruption, supplier failure, technical failures or similar events.
Where such circumstances affect a booking, Fare Saviour will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer subject to the options made available by the applicable supplier.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fare Saviour shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays or failures of independent third-party travel suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
