Cancellation & Refunds

Fare Saviour acts as a travel service provider and intermediary for airlines, hotels, transportation providers and other travel suppliers. Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions vary depending on the service booked and the applicable supplier rules.

Customers are requested to review the applicable fare rules, cancellation conditions and other terms communicated at the time of booking. Some bookings may be non-refundable, non-changeable or subject to cancellation and amendment charges.

To request a cancellation or amendment, please contact Fare Saviour at contact@faresaviour.com or through our published contact numbers. Requests will be processed subject to the rules, deadlines and conditions of the relevant airline, hotel or other travel service provider.

Cancellation & Amendment Charges

Any cancellation, amendment, no-show or other charges imposed by the airline, hotel, transportation provider or other supplier will be applicable to the customer.

Fare Saviour may also charge applicable service or processing fees where communicated to the customer.

Certain bookings may attract a 100% cancellation charge, particularly where the booking is non-refundable, has passed the permitted cancellation deadline, or the traveller is treated as a no-show.

Refunds

Where a booking is eligible for a refund, Fare Saviour will initiate/process the refund after receiving confirmation and, where applicable, the corresponding refund from the relevant airline, hotel or other supplier.

Refund processing times vary depending on the supplier, payment method, banking system and card issuer. Once processed by Fare Saviour, additional time may be required for the amount to appear in the customer's bank or card account.

Any applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, Fare Saviour service/processing fees and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Where possible, refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Booking Cancellation by Fare Saviour or Supplier

In exceptional circumstances, a booking may be cancelled or changed by an airline, hotel, transportation provider, other supplier or Fare Saviour. Any refund, credit, rebooking or alternative arrangement will be handled in accordance with the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.
